Hi, I’m Zack Bonczek, founder of The TRANSCENZ Real Estate Group, and I thought I would tell you a little about myself. Born in Elyria, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland, I was raised in the southeastern United States. I graduated from Florida Southern College in 1993 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. After graduation, I pursued a career in direct sales in South Florida until moving to The Bahamas with my wife in 1998. Seeking a new start for our family, we relocated to beautiful Huntersville, North Carolina in the spring of 2015. Following a highly successful real estate career in The Bahamas I am building an elite team in real estate sales and training with Keller Williams Lake Norman.
